Time-only charging: €2.50/minute (€0.10 every 2.4 seconds); distance never adds to the fare. Metered fare advances in €0.10 increments; fractional accrual carries forward. Fixed prices and payment adjustments retain their entered amounts. Illustrative values, not an official Semel, SKB or Kela tariff. Changes apply to the next trip.

1. Reconstruct the landscape meter from the supplied photographs.
2. Model shift, free, hired, Hold and checkout states.
3. Add configurable time/distance metering, fixed price, maximum fare and extras.
4. Add passenger/order list, simulated payment, receipts and shift totals.
5. Verify arithmetic and state transitions independently of real equipment.

Based on Semel driver guide v3, 24 April 2025 and full manual v19. Bottom controls use five fixed slots at 10%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 90% of the screen width. Icons are redrawn as SVG from photo/manual references; navigation is condensed; not every firmware page is reproduced. Passenger accounting is simplified; no real Kela claims, dispatch, terminal, printer or vehicle-pulse connection. Browser history is local to this device. This is an independent simulator, not a certified taximeter.

Use T to select a tariff; ‖ freezes fare accrual; green register opens checkout. Tap EUR to enter a supported command: 21 start shift, 22 end shift, 25 fixed fare, 70 shift report, 61 receipt history. Esc exits meter-only mode or closes a dialog.
